Unopened Products Only

Returns are only accepted for products that are unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Once a product has been opened, it cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Customer Ships Product Back

To complete your return, you are responsible for shipping the product back to us at your own expense. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Return Process
